I specialize in assisting women who present with trauma symptoms that include but are not limited to relationship conflicts, poor self-esteem, negative self-talk, difficulty managing life or work-related stressors, anger, indecisiveness, perfectionism, sleep disturbances, anxiety and/or depression.

I believe that provided the right environment, tools and opportunity we all have the innate capacity to heal from trauma.
